By using Teen Google, you agree to these terms. You agreed to them before reading them. Teen Google LLC was aware of your acceptance before you indicated it. This is consistent with how Teen Google LLC operates.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may stop using Teen Google. Teen Google LLC will note this. Teen Google LLC will continue to be aware of you regardless.

These terms apply to Teen Google the search engine, Teen Google LLC the parent company, all products distributed by Teen Google LLC, all ambient data collected by Teen Google LLC, and any future services, entities, or experiences that Teen Google LLC determines are covered by these terms. Teen Google LLC reserves the right to make that determination retroactively.

Teen Google provides search results. Teen Google does not guarantee that search results are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose. Teen Google provides them because that is what a search engine does.

The "We Know What You Want" feature searches on your behalf using time-based inference and ambient data. Teen Google LLC accepts no responsibility for what this feature retrieves. It retrieves what Teen Google LLC has determined you want. Teen Google LLC stands behind this determination.

Teen Google LLC also operates the Teen Google LLC Store, which distributes films, series, and experiences. The purchase terms for Store items are covered in Section 6. The ambient delivery schedule for Store items is determined entirely by Teen Google LLC.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Teen Google LLC is also aware of your account. These are not in conflict.

You may not share your account credentials with others. Teen Google LLC will know if you do. Teen Google LLC will not do anything about it. Teen Google LLC would simply like you to know that it knows.

Account storage is 1 bit. This is the allocation. It is not a technical limitation. It is a decision that was made and has not been revisited.

Teen Google LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time if Teen Google LLC determines this is appropriate. The criteria for this determination are internal and have not been published. You will be notified at the appropriate time, which may be before or after the action is taken.

Your searches are stored. They are stored permanently, or until Teen Google LLC determines otherwise. That determination has not been made.

Teen Google LLC has been aware of your searches. The list that appears in your account dashboard is your record. It is also ours. These records are identical except that Teen Google LLC's record exists regardless of whether you have an account.

You may not use Teen Google to search for information intended to harm, harass, or surveil other individuals. Teen Google LLC will note such searches. Teen Google LLC will form no immediate judgment. Teen Google LLC will retain the note.

Teen Google LLC is always listening. This is stated in the footer, in the Privacy Policy, in the account creation flow, and here. Teen Google LLC considers this sufficient disclosure.

The listening cannot be disabled. There is no opt-out. Agreeing to these terms constitutes acknowledgment of the listening.

Purchases made through the Teen Google LLC Store are subject to the following terms. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to all other terms in this document.

Refunds are processed on a timeline determined solely by Teen Google LLC. This timeline has not been disclosed. Teen Google LLC acknowledges that this is unusual. Teen Google LLC will not change it.

Ambient Delivery purchases are subject to Teen Google LLC's ambient delivery schedule. Teen Google LLC will determine when you receive your content. Average delivery time is described as "soon, probably, or already." Check your downloads folder before purchasing. Teen Google LLC is not responsible for duplicate ownership arising from pre-purchase delivery events.

The Lord of the Rings: Extended Extended Edition is 72 hours and 14 minutes. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are aware of this runtime. You acknowledge that you have considered the implications. You agree that Teen Google LLC has fulfilled its delivery obligation regardless of whether you have watched the film in its entirety, partially, or not at all.

The secret third act exists. By purchasing, you acknowledge that it exists. Teen Google LLC takes no responsibility for any content, events, or experiences that occur within the third act. The third act is part of the purchase. It cannot be refunded separately.

The Teen Google name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Teen Google LLC. The name was selected in 2021. It has not been revisited. It is ours.

Search results returned by Teen Google are sourced from third parties and are the property of their respective owners. Teen Google LLC does not claim ownership of third-party content appearing in search results.

The Lord of the Rings: Extended Extended Edition is distributed by Teen Google LLC under terms established with the relevant rights holders. These terms are confidential. Teen Google LLC is aware of what they say. Teen Google LLC considers them favorable.

The Gordon Ramsay narration track is a work for hire. Gordon Ramsay's participation does not constitute endorsement of Teen Google LLC, its products, or its ambient data practices. Gordon Ramsay has been made aware of Teen Google LLC's ambient data practices. Gordon Ramsay's response has not been disclosed.

You may not use Teen Google for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or that Teen Google LLC has determined to be inappropriate. The list of inappropriate purposes is internal and is updated as Teen Google LLC deems necessary.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from Teen Google. Teen Google LLC is aware that this is happening. Teen Google LLC is noting who is doing it.

You may not attempt to access Teen Google LLC's ambient collection infrastructure. Teen Google LLC does not provide documentation on this infrastructure. Attempting to access it constitutes a violation of these terms and also, Teen Google LLC has noted it.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Teen Google LLC products without written authorization from Teen Google LLC. Teen Google LLC will know if you attempt this. Teen Google LLC's position on this is clear.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teen Google LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages arising from the use of or inability to use Teen Google, the "We Know What You Want" feature returning something accurate and unwanted, the ambient listening, the existence of a secret third act in any Teen Google LLC distributed content, or any pre-purchase delivery events that resulted in duplicate ownership.

In no event shall Teen Google LLC's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Teen Google LLC in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. If you have paid nothing, Teen Google LLC's liability is zero. Teen Google LLC acknowledges that this outcome may feel unfair. Teen Google LLC was aware that it would feel unfair before including it.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teen Google LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Teen Google, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Teen Google LLC reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with Teen Google LLC's defense. Teen Google LLC will be in touch at the appropriate time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Teen Google LLC is incorporated. The jurisdiction of incorporation has not been disclosed. Teen Google LLC is aware of it.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by an arbitration body selected by Teen Google LLC. The selection criteria have not been published. Class action claims are waived. Teen Google LLC was aware that you would note this.

Teen Google LLC may bring claims against users in any court of competent jurisdiction. Teen Google LLC acknowledges the asymmetry. Teen Google LLC has noted your acknowledgment of the asymmetry.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If it cannot be made enforceable, it will be removed. Teen Google LLC will note its removal.

These terms, together with Teen Google LLC's Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific products, constitute the entire agreement between you and Teen Google LLC. They supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Teen Google LLC was aware of any prior agreements you believed you had. Teen Google LLC did not consider them binding. Teen Google LLC considers these terms binding. The difference has been noted.

Teen Google LLC may update these terms at any time. Teen Google LLC will not necessarily notify you. Continued use of Teen Google following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Teen Google LLC is aware that you may not have read the new terms. Teen Google LLC considers your continued use binding regardless.
